Depois de ser promovido a coronel, Gonçalves vai ser julgado pelo Conselho de Justificação da Polícia Militar

Depois de permitir que o Carlos Rogério Gonçalves de Oliveira fosse promovido a coronel, o governador Renato Casagrande decidiu agir. Acaba de mandar o oficial para ser julgado pelo Conselho de Justificação da Polícia Militar. A decisão de Casagrande foi publicada no Diário Oficial de quarta-feira (27/06).

Até então Gonçalves era tenente-coronel. Permaneceu sob a condição de subjudice enquanto aguardava julgamento de um processo na Vara da Auditoria da Justiça Militar em que era acusado de liberar o carro de um amigo, apreendido numa blitz, em Guarapari. Foi absolvido e, recentemente, o  governador assinou seu ato de promoção a coronel.

Não pôde curtir muito. Vai agora responder ao Conselho de Justificação em que, se for considerado culpado pela acusação de assédio sexual contra uma soldado, poderá ser expulso. O coronel Gonçalves vai ser julgado pelos demais coronéis Sperandio Del Caro Neto (presidente do Conselho), Maria das Graças Ferrari Corrêa (interrogante e relatora) e Jorgean Grego Gonçalves (escrivão).

O coronel Gonçalves teria cometido assédio sexual contra uma soldado quando era comandante do 2º Batalhão da PM (Nova Venécia), em 2010. Embora tenha recebido a denúncia na época, o Comando Geral da PM sequer abriu sindicância para investigar o caso.

Foi a partir de uma reportagem publicada em A Tribuna, no dia 1º de janeiro de 2011, que o Ministério Público Militar agiu e determinou a abertura de um IPM.
